Objective :
200OK Solutions is looking for a Technical Lead or Technical Project Manager who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. You will work with the web, mobile and full stake team and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
Job Qualifications :
Nature of Employment: Full Time.
Experience: 5+ Years
Notice Period: 1 month or less

Responsibilities:
Define technical requirements and document plans for project lifecycle deployment including the scheduling of project deliverables and timelines.
Analyze, prepare and document operational procedures and technical guidelines.
Handling coding works or major / complex parts of assigned projects and providing coding help and supervision to team members.
Maintaining and auditing code / design quality as per set guideline and standards in assigned projects.
Plan project initiatives, communicate goals and provide continual updates on progress to reporting authority/client.
Coordinate internal IT projects ensuring that implementations are ready as required by client deadlines.
Focusing the team to ensure an on-time delivery of the agreed task.
Facilitating code / design reuse.
People management, Technical management and Client Communication.
Essential Skills:
Very Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
Proven experience in Project Management and Client Communication.
Ability to resolve complex problems, quickly diagnosing and identifying issues and determining.
An in-depth understanding of software design and development principles, with a logical mindset and an aptitude for problem-solving.
Experience of building front ends for back-end business users, not just public facing websites.
Experience applying practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD), with knowledge of JS unit testing tools.
experience managing projects in Android, iOS, PHP and related frameworks.
Commercial experience managing projects in React and React Native, Angular, etc.
Front End frameworks - React/Redux, Angular - Experience with modern server tech.
Experience working with Node.
OO best practices and software design patterns.
Mobile development experience - understanding of performance & usability constraints.
Experience with cross-browser & responsive web design.
Enjoy collaborating, having technical discussions and continuous learning.
Experience using JIRA or equivalent work-flow tools.
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud infrastructure.
Azure/AWS.
Experience developing APIs.
Experience with functional programming.
